We guarantee that all items we sell are the highest quality and hope that every customer will be completely satisfied with their purchase. However, we realize that returns are sometimes unavoidable.
Return Policy
Exchanges or store credits only (excluding shipping and handling fees) are accepted within 10 days on items that HAVE NOT BEEN WORN, ALTERED OR WASHED, with
ALL tags attached, We do not refund shipping and handling charges. Please Note: All sale items and special orders are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Requesting a Return
To return an item contact us at info@myislandcowboy.com and provide your name, order number and a brief description of the problem. We will send you instructions on processing your return, as well as a return authorization number. Please note return authorizations are good for one week from the date of issuance and must be clearly labeled on the outside of your package. We strongly recommend that you insure your return and get proof of delivery in case your package gets lost in transit. Returns will be processed within 5 – 7 days after receipt of your package. If you are making an exchange please note the new item(s) on your return slip.
