Shipping Policy
Orders placed Monday – Friday, excluding holidays, will ship 24 to 48 hours after the order is placed based on availability of products and credit approval. If an item is unavailable or will be delayed we will notify you via e-mail. Shipments are sent Tuesday - Friday and usually take 2 – 3 business days depending on your location.
Island Cowboy is pleased to offer a variety of shipping service options via
UPS Priority (2 – 3 business days) and
UPS Express (1 business day). Our shipping rates are calculated based on the destination and weight of your insured order.
Shipping Restrictions: We are unable to ship to
APO/FPO addresses or P.O. boxes.
What If an Item Is Out of Stock? We make every effort to keep our site current. However, occasionally items sell out quickly. In the event that items are on backorder, we will notify you.
